Here at iKnow Furniture, we want your experience to be as simple as possible, providing a free delivery service for our lounges to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney & Melbourne  and a competitive delivery fee for everyone else Australia wide.  

For actual delivery prices for our lounges to your location, please contact us or enter your post code at check out.

If you feel that the price quoted on our website is not right, please contact us here at iKnow Furniture and we will provide you with a quotation.

Regarding all other products the delivery is free Australia wide. If your post code is listed below please contact us for a delivery price.

 

After your order has been placed our friendly staff will contact you and arrange a suitable delivery time. We pride ourself on customer service and will do our best to deliver your purchase as soon as we can.

Where We Deliver

To see if we deliver to your area and what it will cost (most likely nothing at all!), please enter your postcode into the postcode calculator provided at check out. 

If you feel that the price quoted on our website is not right, please contact us here at iKnow Furniture and we will provide you with a quotation.

We will always call you well in advance to make sure someone will be home. In most cases our drivers will need assistance getting the sofa off the truck so please have someone home to assist. Delivery is to your door, if you are unable to assist the driver or need assistance into your house or upstairs into an apartment, please contact iKnow Furniture to organise.

5 Working Day, Risk-Free Returns.

We guarantee your complete satisfaction and want to make sure you are happy with our purchasing experience. If you have changed your mind on an item, no problem - we make returns easy.

You can return your product within 5 Working days of delivery. To be eligible for return, your product must have tags attached, be in their original, sealed factory wrapping, and be in sanitary condition, clean, free of tears, burns and stains of any kind. 

To get the item back to us you will have to carefully repack the item in the original packaging materials, arrange and pay for return shipping. The item must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days of the initial delivery date.

We will then refund you the amount subject to a 20% restocking fee and delivery costs via the same method you used for the initial payment.
